At Walker School, April is the month where we focus every day, every hour on being kind. While we promote kindness every day, all year long, we like to bring it into focus so that our students are forming habits and are purposefully choosing kindness. We have a weekly challenge and prizes that we will draw for every Friday.

• Smooth transition period - students who arrive at school with time to spare have the opportunity to settle into the classroom, prepare their materials and focus their minds on the lessons to come.
• Important information – a typical school day starts with announcements and introductions to new lessons and concepts.

On Tuesday, Nov. 20 at 7:00 all SCC Members are invited to attend the Regina Public Schools SCC Forum with Trustees. There will be a presentation by Dr. Debbie Pushor on parent engagement and it's impact on student success. The event will take place at Johnson Collegiate. We look forward to seeing you there.
