Student forms have been going home this past week. If you have not recieved them please let the office know.
Forms include
- Student Information Verification form ( very imporant as this makes sure we have all correct information for saftey reasons) please sign the form and send back- you can make any changes on the form if things need to be updated.
- Welcome to Walker ( welcome back wolves) sheet
- Walker Student Handbook 2026/2027 form ( We have made some changes at Walker that we are letting parents/guardians and students know about in this handbook.)
- Consent and release form ( Regina Public Schools)
- Regina Public Schools Edsby Parent Portal Access Request ( making sure parent/guardian email contact hasn't changed so we can give you access to Edsby. If you already have access to Edsby you can sign only the back of the form.
- Smuding and Ceremonial Participation for 2026-2027 year.
- Noon Supervision Registration Form 2026-2027 year. Please mark yes or no so we know the students who are to stay for lunch, and we can add the corrrect fees onto school cash.
